Home-based FACE has four components: Personal Visits, FACE Family Circle, Screening, and Resource Networking. FACE parent educators deliver these services. Parent educators are formally certified after attending FACE Implementation and Follow-up trainings. The primary participants in home-based are families with children who are prenatal to age three.
