A primary goal of FACE is to support the healthy growth and development of FACE Home-based children. Good health begins with children receiving early screening and interventions if needed. Building trusting relationships with families and providing information and resources in a culturally competent manner makes a significance difference in how families receive and use health-related information.
Each FACE Program should follow the guidelines, policies and forms that clearly outline how children and adult screenings, re-screenings and referrals are carried out in FACE Home-based.
